As you know I'm running in the Melbourne Marathon this October supporting a cause close to my heart Running for premature babies.

Back in action baking ‘Frozen’ cookies ❄️ ❄️
Tom helped decorate with snowflakes and then the taste testing. Verdict yummy!
New trial with the oiled tray stack in the BBQ to allow for even cooking - success!

Testing day #2... the new bbq has:
- one element on, covered LHS
- wind factor low
- holding temperature of 170 degrees Celsius

This is very different from Saturday’s Thai beef massaman... in that, the same settings at the same time of day held a temperature of 150.
