I have been on holidays in Darwin for the past week and this weather has made me flare up big time with my fibromyalgia 😢. Although I miss my friends so much up here I know I could never live here again.

Thank you for sharing this myth! I was so angry a few weeks ago when I went to a new job agency and my employment consultant told me to have a baby. When I said it’s not a cure and tried to educate her she wouldn’t have it and cut me off saying she’s had friends that are cured after having a baby.

Safe to say I transferred out of there as soon as I could.

This is amazing!! This should be world wide.

Does anyone else get really bad pain in the top part of the abdomen? I honestly think I may have endometriosis in the diaphragm. Especially when I have my period I’m in agony. It hurts to take a deep breath, it sometimes hurts just lying down or sitting down.

Since November I have had the worst! Periods pain and cycle wise. It’s beyond a joke and honestly the only thing I can put it down to is the Moderna Vaccine. Yes I have endometriosis and have been diagnosed since I was 23 I’m now 30. But I haven’t had any issues with my endometriosis since I had my last surgery in October 2018. I had the mirena IUD removed in October 2019 and my periods have been consistent for the first time in my life. Then I had the second Moderna 💉in November 2021 and since then my periods have been all over. The pain has been worse and worse and the cycles have been all over the place.

I don’t want anyone to come at me saying I’m anti vax because I am literally fully vaccinated for everything else and never had a problem after them.

I have spoken to a lot of other friends who have had similar issues, some know women who have been through menopause and are now having break through bleeds years later. This is not normal! And I want to use this platform to start talking about it. My Dr keeps brushing me off and it’s a joke how medical professionals keep brushing off these side effects.

This is a safe place if you feel you are going through something similar but feel you have no where to turn to I want you to know I’m a message away and you can always message or comment. I won’t judge, I’m not pro or against I’m pro choice! I was forced to get these vaccines for my work. I still got Covid it doesn’t prevent you getting it. I have an exemption for 2 months because I had Covid so I can go back to work but what’s after that? No work again? Unless the mandates are stopped.

Keep asking drs for help if you don't feel they are listening and you know in your gut something is wrong. Don't take no for an answer. All you need is 1 dr to believe in you, I'm so lucky I have found an amazing caring dr who's fantastic with my endo, fibro and mental health.

When it's the first day of your period and the endo pain hits you like a ton of bricks at night time.

I'm currently in hospital for another reason but they have honestly been amazing with my pain. I literally went to the nurse's station and asked for pain meds and I was bent over and could hardly move. I broke down in tears. They got me a chair to sit on, endone, some dry biscuits and a sick back because I was so nauseous. Then they got me an ice pack, they where going to heat it up but I asked for it to be cold. My nurse helped me back to my room and told me if I need anything else to call them using the button.

First day of my period and after a horrid period poo I’m in pain :(.

I had endometriosis ablated from my pouch of Douglas in October 2018 and I was having issues after a bowel movement back then before my surgery.

I wish we could cancel periods.
