✨ A Gentle Christmas Reminder ✨

As the noise, shopping, and rush of the season fills our days, let’s pause and remember what Christmas is truly about.

Christmas is about love, humility, and hope.

It’s about the birth of Jesus Christ, given to the world not in wealth or power, but in simplicity, to remind us to care for one another, especially those who are struggling.

It’s a time to open our hearts, sit with family and community, forgive, share what we have, and walk gently with those carrying heavy burdens.

A huge THANK YOU to the amazing Nightcliff Lions Club, and a special shout out to Sascha King, for your generous $1,000 donation towards Back-to-School Christmas presents for our at-risk youth 🙏🏽🎁

🎄✨ CHRISTMAS GIFT DRIVE – PALMERSTON YOUTH (Ages 8–17) ✨🎄

This Christmas, Waterlily Healing Indigenous Corporation, in partnership with Pathfinders Palmerston, is calling on our community to help bring smiles to our local young people (ages 8–17) who have faced a tough year. 💛

We’re collecting Christmas gifts to share with kids and teens across Palmerston — because every young person deserves to feel valued, cared for, and celebrated this festive season. 🎁

🩵 What to donate:

School supplies (backpacks, stationery, lunch boxes, drink bottles)

Art & craft items (paints, markers, sketchbooks, bead kits, etc.)

Sports gear (basketballs, soccer balls, skipping ropes, water bottles)

Personal care sets (journals, hair accessories, body wash, skincare)

Books, puzzles, small games, or gift cards for teens 🎨⚽📚

💌 Please label your gift with gender (Female/Male) and age group (e.g. Male 10–12 or Female 15–17) to help us gift-match!

🌿 Unbreakable Voices Update 🎙️

Hey everyone! 💛 Due to some personal and work commitments, Unbreakable Voices will be taking a short break and will be back in the New Year – 2026!

Next year, we’ll be diving into powerful lived experiences across themes such as mental health, violence, su***de, social and emotional wellbeing, and more. These real stories remind us of the strength, resilience, and healing that live within our communities. 💚

We want to thank all of our incredible listeners, guests, and supporters for walking this journey with us. Your stories, strength, and voices continue to inspire so many. 🙌
