Modern Movement + Breathwork

All expectations removed prior, this about fun exploration that includes breath, movement and the mind space. All levels welcome, taught by teachers certified in many different styles. Accessible for adults with disabilities and trauma sensitive. Verity will take you on a journey of self discovery as you reset, align and inspire yourself. whether you are new to Yoga or experienced, Verity will ensure your time on the mat instills purpose to your practice and nourishment to your soul. Offering a deeper connection that gives credit to the outdoors, the environment we live in, bringing perspective to our ourselves, clarity. Verity is a RYT500 qualified in Yin & Yang yoga practice, Health Coach and Personal Trainer.

Yoga has brought balance and strength to my life, not only physically and during my practice but to my mind. And I know that can be uncomfortable to hear, you want to hold space right. Stay with me... talent doesn’t build a business. Structure does.

You can be the best facilitator in the world… but if your offers are unclear, your pricing shaky, your systems nonexistent → clients slip through the cracks.

Business Builders exists to fix this.

Because healing deserves (has) to be sustainable. And facilitators deserve freedom, not burnout.

Wild to me that this didn't exist prior... I know because I built it. I had too.
