I wasn’t depressed — I was depleted.

I had a total aha moment last year.

Since becoming a mum, I’ve really struggled with my mental health, energy, and just this constant feeling that something wasn’t right.

My life has taken some crazy twists and turns lately…
and one thing I’ve learned is this

When things feel out of control externally, go inward.
Self-love.
Self-care.
Self-respect.
Be mindful of how you speak to yourself.
Be gentle in how you treat yourself.
Go for the walk.
Get the sunshine.
Eat your greens.
Drink the water.
Create routines that lift your energy instead of drain it.
It’s not about being perfect,
it’s about coming back to yourself.
