With every body pain there will be an emotional component. Recently I’ve been having knee pain, and I’ve been tackling it from a physical and metaphysical standpoint. The emotional pain is in reference to feeling supported in my life, holding myself back amongst other things.
This morning I was doing lunges at the gym and my knee started hurting. I started saying little affirmations to myself “I am supported” and instantly I was able to do the exercise with no pain. It is incredible how our mindset and emotional state can impact the physical body.
