Sharon is the heart and soul behind Eternal Bliss Holistic Health Services. What began in her candle room in 2019 has blossomed into a beautiful holistic practice helping others heal, grow, and reconnect with their true selves. 🌸

Her journey began after her two youngest children were diagnosed with special needs, inspiring her to study naturopathy and discover her true calling, Reiki and holistic counselling💫

Now in the final months of her Bachelor of Psychological Science, Sharon blends Reiki, holistic counselling, meditation, and life coaching to create peaceful spaces for transformation. 🌿

True peace begins when we release that illusion of control and allow life to flow as it’s meant to. Just like technology, sometimes we, too, need to pause, unplug, and reset. Taking a deep breath, slowing down, and focusing only on today reminds us that we are stronger than we think, and that everything doesn’t need to be solved at once.
