Its been a hot minute so let me reintroduce myself,

Hello, I’m Alex.

I’m the senior osteopath and owner of Back It Up Osteopathy. I established the clinic with a clear purpose , to help people return to the activities they love, free from pain and limitation.

Having grown up locally, I feel genuinely connected to this community and proud to support the families within it. You’ll often see my dog Walter by my side in clinic 🐾

My clinical interests include infant osteopathy, ergonomic assessments and sporting injuries. Outside of work, I enjoy long-distance running and swimming.

We offer extended hours to accommodate busy parents and dedicated weekend athletes.
