Signature Salt Hypnosis – Sleep Support is a 60-minute group experience combining salt therapy with guided hypnotherapy to support deeper, more restful sleep.
The session begins in the salt cave, where the body is gently guided into a relaxed state. This helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and prepare the mind for rest.
You will then be guided through group hypnotherapy designed to work with the subconscious mind to help settle the mind, reduce nighttime overthinking, and support healthy sleep patterns.
