About Brendan Potter - Director and Personal Trainer
I have been actively involved in the health and fitness industry since early 2009. I am a qualified personal trainer and group exercise instructor, focusing on functional fitness, healthy lifestyles and the overall wellbeing of my clients. I love all sports and outdoor activities, both participating and spectating. I believe it is important to be happy in life and be true to who you are. Do what you love and love what you do! Qualifications:
