When I was in my darkest moment during narcissistic abuse recovery, it was connecting with these animal messages that brought me back to life. That's why I created this deck. The Wombat invites us to dig deeper. To find the root causes of our stress and trauma. Root cause, resolution, inner and outer stability, and self empowerment. If this is you, comment HEALING below. More animal messages coming your way. Follow along for weekly guidance from Nature's Compass. 🤍

You used to know who you were.

You had opinions. Dreams. Boundaries.

Then slowly — so slowly you barely noticed — you started shrinking.

You second-guessed every decision.
You stopped trusting your own instincts.
You felt exhausted in a way you couldn't explain to anyone.

This isn't a personality flaw. This isn't weakness. This is what narcissistic abuse does to the nervous system.

And the hardest part? You often don't realise how lost you are until you're already gone.

The good news — and I say this as someone who has helped many women through exactly this — you can come back to yourself. Fully. Not just "manage" it. Actually heal.

Which of these feels most like you right now?

A) I feel like I've lost myself
B) My mind never switches off
C) I don't trust myself anymore

Comment A, B or C below. I read every single one. 🤍

You may feel like you’ve tried everything…
to understand what happened, to move forward, to feel better

and yet something still feels unresolved

That doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong

Some parts of healing happen at a deeper level — beyond what we can process consciously

You’re not alone in this 🤍

Struggling… even after trying everything?

You might be experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief, or fear…
and it can feel like traditional approaches just aren’t reaching what’s really going on.

You’ve talked about it.
You’ve tried to process it.

Yet you still feel triggered, overwhelmed, or unsure why it keeps happening.

It’s not because you’re doing anything wrong.

Sometimes, the deeper layers of trauma aren’t reached through words alone.

You’re not alone in this 🤍

If meditation feels difficult, you’re not doing it wrong.

When you’ve experienced trauma, your body can remain in a state of alert, even in calm moments.

This is your nervous system trying to keep you safe.

You can begin gently, one step at a time.

If you feel called to explore this more deeply, you’re very welcome to join my Great Spire community and watch the full video here: 👉🏻 https://tinyurl.com/LifeBeyondNR

You sit down to meditate…
and instead of feeling calm, your body feels restless.
Maybe even uneasy.

So you start to wonder if something’s wrong with you.

But there isn’t.

Your body just hasn’t learned that it’s safe to be still yet.

When you’ve been through experiences that taught you to stay alert,
silence can feel unfamiliar… even uncomfortable.

And that makes sense.

You’re not failing.
You’re responding exactly the way your body learned to.

You don’t have to force yourself into stillness.
You’re allowed to go gently. 🤍

If you’ve been looking for a space where you can feel supported at your own pace,
you’re welcome inside the Great Spire community.

You don’t have to force stillness.

You can gently shift your focus between your breath and the silence around you.

This simple practice can help your nervous system begin to settle, without pressure.

You sit down…
and your mind won’t stop replaying things.
Old conversations. Past moments. What-ifs.

So you start to think… maybe you’re just not good at this.

But that’s not it.

Your mind has learned to stay in past thoughts to keep you safe.

When you’ve had to be on guard, your mind stays busy
so you don’t get caught off guard again.

And that makes sense.

You’re not doing it wrong.
You’re responding the way you learned to.

You don’t have to fight your thoughts.
You’re allowed to meet them gently. 🤍

If you’ve been looking for a space where you can feel supported at your own pace,
you’re welcome inside the Great Spire community.

Try this instead of meditation.

You don’t need to force your thoughts to stop.

You can begin by gently listening to the silence around you, even when there is noise.

This can help your body start to settle in a natural way.
