Popped into this gorgeous vintage shop today to get a vase. If you’ve not been there, put it on your to do list for next weekend. It’s run by my beautiful friend Leisha who has the best eye for all things creative & vintage. It’s on Wallington Rd in the quirkiest little shed.

I am so unbelievably delighted to offer you Leisha’s new business
Those of you who have met Leisha know how amazing she is. Her passion for what she offers is unrivalled. She is creative & smart & authentic so much fun!
As I step away from the nature playgroup & forest school element of my business, Leisha will be stepping in filling the gap for unpretentious & affordable nature playgroup. She will continue the ethos of providing opportunities for children to play outside building resilience, promoting curiosity & boosting the immune system (among the other benefits of nature play).

Such a wonderful medium to facilitate. Great for processing trauma through sensory & somatic means rather than having to use words, which can be difficult for young people.

💚Nature Playgroup term 4💚

Booking is now open on the website for term 4.

When: Fridays throughout term 4
Time: 10am - 11:30am
Where: Pt Lonsdale

Suitable for ages 1-5. Includes crafts, books, invertebrate hunting, nature discovery, activities to help develop the vestibular system & proprioception (balance & awareness of space & surroundings), activities to help develop fine & gross motor skills & a whole load of fun!!!

Woke up this morning feeling like I’d been slapped in the face with the emotional bat. 2 steps forward, 10 steps back kind of thing. So, I went to the gym, did some regulating stretches, got organised for the week & took the puppy on a long walk in the spring sunshine. Feeling more grounded & ready to face whatever the day brings. ☀️💚
