Blue Ridge Support Coordination is looking for a **Personal Assistant to support our Director** as our organisation continues to grow.

This role is perfect for someone who is **highly organised, proactive, and enjoys working with people**. You will assist with scheduling, administration, communication and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

💼 **About the role:**
• Manage calendars and appointments
• Assist with administration and documentation
• Coordinate meetings and communications
• Support the Director with daily tasks

✅ **About you:**
• Strong organisational skills
• Great communication and people skills
• Administration experience preferred
• Professional, reliable and able to multitask

Experience in the **NDIS or disability sector is highly regarded but not essential.**

⚖️ Protecting NDIS Participant Consumer Rights

The NDIS is working with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to help protect participants from misleading or unfair behaviour.

You can report a business if they:
• Make misleading claims about support services
• Misrepresent pricing or NDIS funding
• Do not meet consumer protection standards

Everyone deserves safe, transparent and fair services.

🐕 New Dog Guide Provider List

The NDIS has introduced a new dog guide provider list to make it easier for participants to find services.

Providers on the list:
✔ Are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
✔ Are accredited by the International Guide Dog Federation
✔ Employ trained and qualified staff
✔ Provide accessible websites and information

This helps participants find trusted dog guide services more easily.

Participants, families, and providers still have the opportunity to share feedback on the new way NDIS planning may work.

Your feedback helps ensure the process for creating NDIS plans is clear, fair, and works well for participants.

You can share your views by:
✔ Completing a survey
✔ Writing a submission
