I’m approaching my first year as a qualified yoga teacher, and have been thinking about how far I’ve come. I’m not gonna lie- starting out teaching was incredibly isolating. I had a lot to figure out on my own, and after 6 months slogging it out solo I wanted to give up. As a last ditch I reached out to Mark Seeto from in Stroud. This was the best decision I made. He took the time to observe my classes, dived into my teaching style and my mindset, and helped me to develop my teaching style, voice, and fledgling business. He truely ‘saw’ and understood me. He is generous and genuinely caring towards newby teachers like myself, and so open to sharing his own extensive experience. And he’s bloody funny and fun to work with. I’m so grateful for his support. It helped me find confidence in my teaching and the courage to keep going. I wouldn’t still be here teaching without it. 🙏🏼

I’ve had so many people tell me they’re sleeping better, feeling easier in their bodies, and even noticing more confidence since starting yoga. (Someone even said yoga is the only class that they’re sad when it ends 😆). This is why I teach! Yoga isn’t just 60 minutes on the mat — it’s something you can carry into the rest of your week.
