Just recently, I completed my Pro Coach Certification with Tony Kaye, and honestly… it was one of the most intense and eye-opening experiences I’ve had in a long time.
(As a matter of fact, pretty much most of my training over the years has been intense, eye-opening and absolutely incredible!)
This wasn’t another “pick up a few coaching tools” kind of training.
For three full days — from early morning to late afternoon — we went deep into human behaviour, subconscious patterns, emotional states, and what really creates transformation.
And we didn’t just talk about change; we did it. Over and over.
We learned how to hear what someone is truly saying beneath their words. How to interrupt the patterns that keep people stuck.
How to shift identity, not just habits.
How to guide someone from that spark of awareness… into action… and into change that actually lasts.
This work matters, because people today aren’t looking for surface-level coaching anymore. They want depth. They want breakthroughs. They want support that moves them forward, simply, honestly, and compassionately.
That’s why this experience blended so naturally with the rest of my background. Alongside this certification, I’ve spent years studying innovative pathways to trauma release, empowerment coaching, and equine-assisted interventions; powerful, intuitive work that helps people reconnect with themselves in ways traditional methods often can’t.
Through this, I’ve learned how to support people gently while safely releasing the emotional weight they’ve been carrying for far too long. And my intuitive side, the part of me that can sense what someone needs even before they find the words, has only become stronger through this journey.
The way I coach, guide, and support has absolutely evolved, and continues to do so. I tune in more deeply. I help people see themselves differently. And I walk with them through transformations that feel real, the kind that actually stick.
This journey has reminded me, in the most beautiful way, of what people are capable of when they feel truly seen, understood, and supported at the level of who they are, not just what they do.
And in this, I truly celebrate and am deeply grateful.
