Oh dear I’m not sure where the last few weeks have gone, it’s been a bit of a whirlwind. I’m hanging in there however haven’t been up to posting here.

Well it’s the beginning of December …where has this year disappeared to. It’s been a weird and somewhat chaotic year here filled with so many ups and downs that looking back is a bit overwhelming. I came across this the other da6 and thought what a great way to reflect on 2025..

Meanwhile I will be posting, albeit spasmodically , as I continue to get through some medical stuff and get onto some Christmas preparations .

Please look after yourselves and try and take some time for some self care at this busy time of year….perhaps by reflecting on 2025

Well between appointments, not feeling great, a heatwave and daily storms, with more predicted every day this week and with a dog who gets very stressed by these, life is rather trying at the moment. We don’t normally get huge hail storms however the last two days these have been ferocious…yesterday my bedroom window was shattered…sounded like a shot gun going off and our quite large yard looks like a bomb has hit it. All this does not bode well for the summer ahead.
I’m also trying to be enthusiastic about Christmas preparations..lol… I’m so happy because my daughter will be coming home for Christmas however at the same time I’m lacking my usual Christmas oomph.
Consequently I’ve been rather slack at posting here….I know you will understand and I do appreciate your patience. I aim to post when I feel up to it. Meanwhile I send love to each of you. Please be kind to yourselves and please take care of yourselves.

After my roller coaster week last week I’m hoping to have a quieter week. I do apologise for my inconsistency here, its been such an odd year really….. just when I think things are finally settling down another curve ball comes along.

I’m thinking this gentle reboot below sounds like a great idea….we don’t take time to smell the roses often enough.
