These are the three cards I posted earlier in the week
Mindfulness
The practice of mindfulness asks you to let go of thinking, let go of striving and be peacefully present in the moment without judgement or analysis. If thoughts come to mind, try and let them go …ask these to come back later. Mindfulness is peaceful presence in the moment.
Mindfulness does not always come easy… you need to be aware and practice this skill, because it is a skill.
'I quiet my mind, I let go of all concerns and breathe deeply.'
Conscious steps
This card indicates a time of greater awareness and decisiveness for you. It asks you to take the steps forward consciously one at a time instead of rushing. You have ability to take any necessary steps to a resolution. This is a time to take stock of your goals and really consider what actions can be taken. The crux of this card is that it is asking you to look ahead and prioritise all the steps t that will enhance your life, both now and in the future. And to start taking these steps consciously.
'Every day I move consciously towards my goals and dreams. I look forward to the future and options before me '
Soulful appreciation
There are many forms of value in life. This is a time to show true and heartfelt gratitude for everything you have in your life, including the gift of your life itself. By showing gratitude for both the large and small things in our lives it draws to us things of even greater value. itself is our greatest gift , however it’s the things and experiences within this life that bring us joy and these are the things we should be most grateful for.
'Every day I make a point of noticing the small blessings in my life. I am grateful for myself and for life itself'
