A very easy way to meditate is to use your breath … simply taking notice of your breath in and out, concentrating just on the movement of your nostrils as you breath normally is a very effective way of learning to concentrate on just one thing. To begin….There is no need to breathe in deeply …. Just concentrate on the movement of your nostrils. Do this for just one minute as often as you can during the day.
