With over 10 years experience in the health industry we have been lucky enough to help thousands of people move better, feel great and maximize their potential. With a large focus on community, it has always been a passion of ours to bring people together. Our small group training has continued to flourish and throughout our time operating we have not only seen amazing results but we have also been lucky enough to witness life long friendships form. This strong sense of community has been the corner stone of our business and stands as a testament to our incredible members that have been apart of the Movement Inspired team for some time. Recently we have been lucky enough to have gained Remedial Massage to our list of services.
