The trade up offer isn't for everyone, especially if you're a TM6 owner. However, if you've had your TM6 since they came out over 6 years ago & it's playing up, the trade up could possibly be worth it. ($169 for service & parts etc 🤑)

The TM7 is hands down the best Thermomix ever made, it's quieter 🤫, bigger, faster more responsive screen, open lid cooking, more modes, easy to use, easy to clean, no pesky arms to wait to open or clean 🫧 etc etc etc.

Had big plans in the kitchen today but feeling a bit sore from some treatment I had on Friday, so I was pretty slow. 🐌
Dubai Chocolate Bars up first & I sent my son the pic of the pistachio mixture & asked him if he knew what is was...he said something along the lines of 💩 😁
Changed his tune when he saw the end result!
How good does it look❓

I also stewed some rhubarb that needed cooking up, that I'd picked from the garden a little while ago. It's got apples & strawberries in it as well.
I've rolled out the pastry for some Portuguese tarts to take to my dad tomorrow. He's nearly 94 & loves tarts 🤣 so I'm going to put a blob of the rhubarb in each tart & fill with custard when I make it. Have you made the Portuguese tarts on Cookidoo 🤤

Hubby peeled, cut up & froze our last pumpkin from this years crop, whilst he was home last week. I defosted some & used it while he was home & nearly threw the bits that were left to the 🐔 but decided to chop it up in my TM7®️ & continue to follow the Buttermilk scobe recipe on Cookidoo. I used the buttermilk that was frozen, from when I made butter & just added a bit more flour. The mixture was a bit soft, so I floured my dough cutter & cooked it for a bit longer.
Fuffy pumpkin scones to take to Busso on Monday & some for the freezer.
I even had one with my dinner. 🥓 🥚 😁

Is Spag Bog your go to dinner❓
Definitely not ours but when my kids were little, many many 🌙🌝 s ago, WAYYYY before Thermomix came into my life, we would probably have it every week.
Nowadays the only time I cook Bolognese sauce is when I'm making lasagne.
I made lasagne yesterday & had some sauce left over, so for the next 2 nights it looks like I'm having "Spag Bog".
I actually enjoyed it. 😋

Do you know that you can 'cook' pasta in your Thermoserver❓ The new model 2.7 litre Thermoserver is AMAZING 🤩 & keeps your food hot for SOOO long & it's a host reward❗

I put the dry pasta in, poured boiling water over & popped the lid on for about 20 minutes while I went outside to say goodnight to the 🐔 & did a bit of gardening.

I grate a 250g block of parmesan & keep it in the freezer. I use what I want then put it back until I need it again.
