But for so many of us, it’s a launch attempted with an engine running on fumes. We promise ourselves a “fresh start,” but the slate is never truly clean when we’re still carrying the baggage from the last 12 months.

On Saturday 1 November, we are holding our final Spinal Flow Healing Retreat Day of the year. This is not about winding down. It’s about clearing the decks.

We will guide your body to release the stored stress, tension, and nervous system patterns that you’ve accumulated, creating space for true rest and renewal. You will leave feeling lighter, not because you’re avoiding anything, but because you’ve intentionally let it go.
