John Kairouz from Amend Rehab in collaboration with Caring 4 All Abilities are excited to announce that we are now providing assistance to people who are not able to access the NDIS due to financial issues for reports and access to experts to complete applications FREE OF CHARGE!!!!.
We able to assist people who are unable to fund a Functional Capacity Assessment and assist with completing the application forms at no cost to the individual. There will be a criteria that people will be required to meet before this service is provided and places are limited. For all enquiries, please send to hello@caring4allabilities.com.

In light of seeing a number of providers supporting a charity. Staff at Caring have decided that this coming week's KPI will be working in a charity of choice. Staff have been asked to take a picture of the time they are with this charity.

Meet our Support Coordinator Naomi Adams

Another of our long serving staff and newly appointed Team Leader, Naomi, she loves that she is making a difference in people's lives and she is awesome in what she does!
Naomi has been in the disability industry for over 20 years. She has had a hand as a support worker, looking after people of a variety of ages and disabilities. She has lived experience with two of her children with disabilities and understands the struggles that parents and stakeholders face when finding the right supports. She enjoys getting out supporting her participants out in the community and exploring new places.
Naomi loves her work as a support coordinator, empowering people to gain the most out of their plans and achieving their goals. Naomi will not stop till she knows that she has achieved what she strives to do, always keeping an eye on the important things.
Naomi is based in the Brisbane South area so if you want someone who will go the extra mile for you, your family member or your customer - she's your lady!

Meet one of our longest serving employees but our newest Support Coordinator Krystie Larsen. She started with Caring 4 All Abilities without having any experience in the role of a Support Coordinator but she shared our values, ethics and wanting to put people before profits.

Krystie has recently completed her Certificate and with the support from the team, she is ready to commence her role as a Support Coordinator and accept referrals on the Gold Coast.

Meet our incredible Support Coordinator Precious

I am an NDIS Support Coordinator / Support Worker with 7 years experience supporting people and children with disabilities ranging from mental, physical and intellectual. Having worked in this sector in Australia and abroad, I possess hands-on experience in working with people with complex needs.
I thrive in environments that focus on delivering exceptional care, support and resources to people with all types of disabilities. I also enjoy working with a culturally diverse client base and am well-versed in following set procedures within rigid timeframes. Precious is a strong advocate for ensuring that people living with a disability have choice and control with their services and supports.

Meet the Team.... Introducing Sarah Williams

Sarah has worked in the community sector for over 5 years now. Sarah enjoys supporting participants and their families through navigating the often confusing and overwhelming world of the NDIS. As a Support Coordinator, Sarah’s strengths lie in supporting participants with complex physical disabilities and intellectual impairments, as well as those under Guardianships.

Sarah enjoys both the Capacity Building aspect of Support Coordination as well the satisfaction of achieving a new goal, with the support of NDIS, which previously may have seemed unattainable. Sarah understands that each participant is unique and approaches each situation specific to the participants’ support requirements and goals.

We are looking for an indigenous support coordinator to be able to support people to navigate the NDIS. We want to provide the individual the ability to have someone who understands their cultural needs as well as their disability. For this role there might be an option to travel interstate. Xanthe is a valued member of Caring 4 All Abilities who is not only a support coordinator but has amazing skills as a recovery coach.

Xanthe has been involved in the community sector for over 10 years. They help from a person-centered approach and likes to emphasise hope, social inclusion, community participation, personal goal setting and self-management for all people. A rights-based approach is important to Xanthe and they will stive to ensure those who are most vulnerable are supported to access systems and supports. For Xanthe it is a privilege to walk alongside people on their journeys and empower them to create the life they choose
