We’re opening expressions of interest for a weekend camp this September for ages 14-17 (outside school holidays) 👏👏

This is a big moment for us, our first-ever camp offering for participants under 18 and we want to build it based on what families are looking for.

👉 If your young person is aged 10-22, we still encourage you to enquire
The more interest we receive, the more short term stays we can open to suit different age groups.

Because every young person deserves the chance to connect, grow, and be part of something special.

Meet Ahminah 💛

Ahminah is our Team Leader at Day Options and brings over 9 years of experience in the disability sector, along with a genuine passion for person-centred support.

She’s all about creating a space where people feel valued, supported, and encouraged to build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections in the community. Whether it’s learning new skills or trying something different, Ahminah is right there cheering everyone on.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Disability (Developmental Education), she’s always growing her knowledge to better support our participants and it shows in everything she does.

Outside of work, you’ll find her cooking, camping, enjoying music, and trying new experiences… and she brings that same sense of fun and curiosity into our Day Options every day.

We’re so lucky to have you, Ahminah 💛

A heartfelt thank you to Gelse 💛

After nearly a decade of helping build Campability SA from the ground up, Gelse has stepped back from her role as Director and we couldn't let that moment pass without saying thank you.
Gelse was there at the very beginning. The culture, the values, the genuine care that runs through everything we do, so much of that comes back to her. She showed up for participants, for families, and for the team, and that's left a real mark on this organisation.
While she's stepped back from her Director role, you'll still see Gelse around on weekends, including STR, where she continues to assist as needed. Some things don't change! 💛
We're so grateful for everything she's given to Campability SA and the people we support.
