EF MERCH

With our End-Of-Year Graduation event this Saturday, we will once again be hosting a merchandise stand. With shirts, hoodies, hats, masks and lanyards available, there is plenty of Empowering Futures apparel to be purchased. Please find the price list in the above post.

We now have EFTPOS machines, so we can take any card payments, as well as the traditional cash method. If we do not have your size or preferred item in stock, we will have an efficient order system in place to make sure your item is delivered as quick as possible, with either payment on the day, or payment when the order arrives.

We hope to see you all there on Saturday!

November was full. We had our annual Salisbury Christmas Pageant, plenty of yummy meals cooked, we saw some Christmas lights, we had a BBQ, we played on the playground, we wore matching outfits, and some silly outfits too!

These photos were taken from a range of programs, from our day options (Monday - Friday), our Saturday groups, 1:1 mentoring, our cooking group, and respite & SIL. Build capacity with us, develop independent living skills, make valuable connections and expand social etiquette.

About Us

Empowering Futures is a learning environment based around training to give participants the empowerment to have a voice, make their own choices and take control and plan for their future.

Empowering Futures is a unique provider. At present, we are the only providers that offer 1:1 independence training within your own home as well as Tailored life skills programs. We will work with all people with a disability even if you do not have a NDIS Plan and we have an extensive network of provider links to assist you in finding appropriate services. We look to empower each individual with skills in all areas of their lives so they can reach maximum independence.

We work alongside participants to assist them in learning skills for self-advocacy, living skills, life skills and social inclusion. We have a program for community support workers to learn the basic principles and fundamentals of care work.

All Empowering Futures participants will be given a well-being plan. Training in living and life skills will be based on each individuals learning style, needs and goals to ensure a person-centred approach to empower them with the skills and tools to achieve maximum results and live a more independent lifestyle of their choice with fewer supports. All training is based on Adult learning principles and SMART Goals ( Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time-bound)
