Inclusive Holiday Program!
We are one month away from our termly IHP commencing for the April holidays. Please scan the QR code to visit our website and book your activities now. Some sessions are limited availability, so make sure you get in as quick as possible!
Also referred to as 'Mates Days', these are our Monday-Friday 9am-3pm supports for participants wanting group activities during the day. We have two hubs, North and South, where our day options run from. A monthly schedule is provided to adhere to a consistent routine to all participants. Each day focuses on skill development and social etiquette. Everyone is encouraged to have a voice deciding on activities as participant input is at the forefront of what we do. Cooking, cleaning, food shopping and going out for lunch are all activities that are involved with our day options. Our day options are designed for you to build capacity and make progress towards NDIS goals in a safe and comfortable environment.
1:1 mentoring support is available every week if required. We match one of our lovely team to ensure you feel comfortable and safe during supports. The activities are completely up to the participant's choice, with the goal to access the community and build rapport with the support worker. When there is rapport built and comfortability, NDIS goals are more likely to be achieved. The supports can be in-home if needed, or out in the community. These mentoring sessions are designed to empower our participants and help them develop independent living skills and build a daily routine.
The Empowering Futures and Kilburn FC collaboration has returned for season 2, and the vision is bigger and better!
Everyone is welcome - come and develop your footy skills in a non-competitive and supportive environment.
This is for those that want to be involved in a footy team, but are not ready to be in a competitive football setting. You can develop cognitive skills and build team morale at your own pace, and enjoy a safe, non-physical experience. There is NO tackling during the games - only tagging.
Sessions take place at Kilburn Football Club, at 51 Lionel Avenue, Blair Athol.
Non-EF participants are just as welcome to join - the only requirement is that you bring your own support worker. If you need a support worker, or transport, contact us and we can organise it for you.

Weekly programs are back for 2026!
Empowering Futures offers a range of options to support you during the week.
Day Options are our daily 9am-3pm sessions based at our North and South hubs, running from Monday-Friday. These sessions run all year round, even during school holidays. Activities such as cooking, outings, games days and food shopping are included, helping you develop vital independent living skills as well as socialising and accessing the community.
1:1 Mentoring is our individualised support option, and is offered at any time during the week and weekend. Activities are up to the participant, enabling choice and building routines. Participants are empowered to achieve their NDIS goals with the support and safety of a consistent support worker. Supports can be in-home, focusing on household tasks and independent living skills, or out in the community, where the participant may want to learn public transport skills or building their social etiquette.
Social Groups are our specialised groups tailored to specific skills and interests. We have a Healthy Hearts cooking group, North and South, once a week, a music group that runs from our EF office in Elizabeth on a Thursday afternoon, and Saturday groups that run every Saturday from 9:30am-2:30pm. These Saturday groups run during the school term, and there are seven different groups to allow everyone to be involved and connected with people of similar age and interests: North Boys Group, North and South Girls Group, North Kids Club, South Teens Club, Ladies Being Girls and Men Being Boys, covering all ages that we currently support.
Inclusive Sports allow participants to be a part of a team and experience competitive sport in a modified and supportive environment. We have 10-pin bowling sessions every Tuesday and Friday after school, basketball teams in an inclusive league (Wednesdays are semi-competitive, Thursdays are modified and inclusive rules), and Adapted Football, our newest program, for beginners to slowly develop their kicking and handballing skills in a safe and non-competitive setting. These sessions are followed by a sausage sizzle and time to make connections and develop social skills.
