​For the second year in a row, Samuel took on the Run for the Kids, running with heart and dedication for his younger sister. Not only did he conquer the 14.5km course—tackling the heights of the Bolte Bridge and the depths of the Domain Tunnel—but he also came away with a brand new Personal Best!

UNI HILL Senior Men put in work on their speed and agility, with a big focus on acceleration and the ability to transition from a backpedal into an explosive sprint.

Drills were designed to sharpen quick reactions, improve defensive movement, and build that burst of speed needed to break away or chase down a play.

Sharp movements, strong first steps, and plenty of intensity across the group. 📈🏃‍♂️
