Our hearts are with the community of Koolewong in the aftermath of the fires that were devastating over the weekend. When we are thinking about the definition of 'resilience', we think about combining our strengths in the face of adversity.

All media reports highlight stories of the community coming together to help those who lost their homes, as well as the fire fighters battling the fires, through the contribution of funds, donations of goods and delivery of foods.

We see evidence of 'The Resilience Doughnut' in total action - the building of resilience and connecting with others, combining the Community Factor, the Friends Factor and the Work Factor to foster hope and optimism in the face of uncertainty and loss.
