❤️Every big leap forward in my life and business started with a COURAGEOUS DECISION.

That “Exciting + Scary” moment where you DECIDE💥

You may not feel 100% ready.

But deep in your gut you KNOW you’re 100% calling in CHANGE.

You back yourself fully.

You trust that inner pull toward something bigger.
And you LEAP.

🪽The ripple effects of the Courageous Decisions I’ve made in my life so far have been astounding.

To be honest, it’s been f*king terrifying many times 😝 “Uncomfortable” is an understatement for some of the experiences I’ve chosen to move through!

However looking back now, I wouldn’t change one single thing.

⭐Circle of Courage⭐ BONDI BEACH was such a powerful activation, right by the ocean

🥰Celebrating this group of bright, brave, inspiring women who LEANT IN and showed up to open their hearts, receive inspiration and activate their courage.

💚Katy Alexander brought something really special to this ⭐Circle of Courage⭐ with her vocal activation which had us breathing, humming, toning and eventually singing as ONE. It was healing and so energetically uplifting! Such a gift you have, thank you beautiful.

💚Simonne Cooper shared her raw and deeply inspiring story which moved us all to tears. Thank you for being brave and real and moving through a huge experience to be the big-hearted and powerful woman you are today. We just never know what has gone up for someone and how their past painful experiences have shaped them.

Katie Barget thank you for the stunning photos and your subtle presence in capturing the magic.

Every ⭐Circle of Courage⭐ is unique depending on where it’s held and who is involved. This one felt really important as it was going back to my old home of Bondi where I started my journey in Australia almost 20 years ago! Some tender memories arose for me, being back there and remembering the struggles I faced when I was wrapped up in the fast paced world of event marketing and was unaware of my ‘stuff’.
