At Soma, we have curated the perfect boutique experience of temperature contrast therapy. Living in such an on the go rushed lifestyle our wellness normally takes a back seat but with our state of the art facilities including infrared saunas, invigorating cold plunges and a relaxing hot spa, this will allow you to transport you to a place where the hustle and bustle of daily life can fade away and your own self-care can take priority. Within our space we have a communal area which includes a 6 person infrared sauna, two cold plunges and our very relaxing hot mineral spa. We also offer two private rooms which includes their own shower, infrared sauna and cold plunge, having access to the communal spa.
