Yoga mat spray will be available tomorrow for everyone to try! All natural with anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and antiseptic properties. Plus it smells incredible! They will also be available to purchase in a couple of weeks 🌿

We’ve got some great yoga classes happening every Monday at Frederickton School of the Arts 🧘‍♀️

The classes are friendly to all levels so if it’s something you have been wanting to try or haven’t done in a while, we would love for you to join us.

Each Monday* at The School of the Arts in Frederickton we offer:
⭐️ Hatha/Flow at 4:30 (a general all-round class)
⭐️ Yin at 5:45

🌙Yin is a beautiful relaxing distraction from this busy world which focuses on floor-based stretches with long holds which target fascia and pain holding patterns. It also feels so good!

💫$20/class or stay for both for $30

In my classes you can show up and be met exactly as you are and feel strong, supported and seen 🪷

I’m an international teacher of over 20 years who is patient and passionate about sharing the joy yoga brings 🌸

Friday at 9:30 is a nice warm up flow followed by some soothing restorative postures.

These classes are designed for all levels!
