Yoga has arrived at The Old Cheese Factory in Frederickton! 🧘‍♀️

You are most welcome to join us each Monday for classes designed for everyone 😊

Starting this Monday, 20 October
4:30 pm -Hatha Flow which is an active class suitable for all levels

5:30 pm - Restorative yoga which is a gentle and passive class using long holds with props focusing on deep relaxation.

The classes on 20 October are by donation only and after that classes will be $20 or stay for both classes for $30.

You will find the classes to be warm, inclusive and welcoming to all ❤️

Mats and props are provided for you if needed.

Starting Monday October 20, join us each week with yoga instructor Alexa Ward for two nourishing classes:
🧘‍♀️ 4:30pm – Flow Yoga
A gentle yet grounding practice to move your body and settle your mind.
🌙 5:45pm – Restorative Yoga
Deep relaxation with props provided; the perfect way to unwind.
