This is the 3rd pregnancy I am adjusting my wife through. Results? She feels fantastic! She sleeps great, she can lift weights 3 times a week without any pain, she digest well, she feels overal wellness and happiness and she looks fantastic!

Bit of an appreciation post about human bodies.

We are all born with innate intelligence. Our body knows how to heal and repair itself. It knows how to lift objects safely. It knows how to do a squat. Koa is 1.5 years old, and he has done a perfect deadlift. I never taught him how to do it, his body knows.

In life, we are exposed to physical, chemical, and emotional stress. This stress has a negative impact on our spinal health and nervous system. With time, as our spine degenerates and our nervous system doesn't communicate effectively with our body, we adopt wrong movement techniques.

This is the reason why you need to relearn something so simple as a deadlift when you come to the gym for the first time.

Chiropractic has the power of reconnecting your nervous system to your body. It can keep your body functioning optimally, and in combination with exercising, you will not have to relearn your deadlift, you will move and feel younger🌱

Dry needling can give amazing results!!! Despite how it looks, the pain felt is nowhere near as uncomfortable as a jab or getting blood taken. Most of the time, the sensation is not even felt in the skin, but is felt deeper in the muscles where it’s needed. In this case it also recreated the sensation at the front of the ribs which is a tell tale sign of hitting the right point.

It can be used for acute strains that are too sore to touch or chronic recurring strains that don’t seem to respond to other treatment. It should also be considered if there are areas that won’t adjust due to local, deep muscle stiffness.
