We have an ambient salt room constructed entirely of Himalayan salt. We offer floatation therapy & unlike the common float 'tanks', ours are float 'rooms'. You control the lights and can easily stand up in them - no claustrophobia at all! You have an entire suite to yourself, which includes the float itself, a shower and change area. To get the most out of the therapy, we provide you with a post float lounge area and give you complimentary organic tea and snack. Floating is one of the worlds best stress busters and one of the few environments to experience complete weightlessness whilst completely supported by the dense, salty water. It's SO relaxing, that 1 hour in a float room, is the equivalent of 4 hours of restorative sleep on your body! We also have an in house consulting Naturopath with a complete naturopathic dispensary for all your natural / herbal medicine needs. Our retail area contains Himalayan salt lamps, eating and bathing salt, natural shampoos, conditioners, Juniper organic skin care range, iKOU products and many other delightful bits and pieces we've found in our travels! Our team of amazing and very talented team of specialist natural medicine practitioners includes 2 massage therapists, our Naturopath & Chiropractor... All our staff are qualified natural therapists and are always happy to help with all your natural health needs. We welcome you for a tour of our clinic at any time...

Saltuary was established by naturopath Tiina and husband James as a haven for Sydney-siders sick of feeling stressed and worn out.

They wanted to create more than just a relaxing place to go. They wanted a place where people could go for expert nurture, understanding, support – and healing.

A place where people could recharge and renew; and emerge energised, strengthened and ready to take on the world.
