REFERRAL INTAKE BEGINS JANUARY 12TH

Welcoming Sarah Jane!

Sarah Jane is a Councellor & Mental Health Social Worker from TreeHaus providing psychological supports every Thursday begining February 2026 in our Forest Hill clinic.

Sarahs BIO

“In my private practice, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences openly. My counselling approach is client-centred, meaning I believe that each individual has the inner strength and capacity for growth, healing, and change. My role is to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, helping them gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and build self-awareness.

I use an integrative approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness techniques, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every client. Together, we work collaboratively to identify goals, explore patterns, and develop practical strategies.

My practice focuses on creating a confidential, compassionate space where clients feel truly heard and understood. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, or life transitions, I support clients in developing resilience, self-compassion, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Ultimately, my aim is to empower clients.” – Sarah Jane (Psychology Today)

Saturday- Frankston Christmas Festival - inclusion project

Sunday (today) - Eastern Healths (FaPMI) Family Fun day - we braved the bright rays of momentary sunshine, downpours and washout weather. 🌦️

Thinking about Occupational Therapy for your child, but don't know where to start?

For many families, the first time they hear about Occupational Therapy is when it is recommended for their child.

With so many questions and new experiences, we understand that jumping into OT can feel daunting! But know this is a very common feeling.

We are proud to be a family centred practice, providing support and therapy for all kinds of families and their children. As some say, it takes a village to raise a child!

If you would like to learn more about what we can do, feel free to reach out to us, or explore our website in our linktree.
