Warm up: 20 floors stair master

Leg press superset: 3x
12x standard press
10 - 12x single leg press
12x High hammys
12 - 15x Calf raises

Glute superset: 3x
10-15x Smith machine Hip Thrust
15x Banded Donkey Kicks
15x Abductor/adductor machine

Superset: 3x
12x Seated hamstring curls
10 - 12x BB Good mornings

DropSet: 100x Leg Ext - back to back
(Start heavy, every 10 reps, drop back your weight).
Finisher: Wall sit hold, as long as possible

Fueling your body with the correct foods to tackle the day ahead is a GAME CHANGER.
A healthy breakfast propels you into a better headspace, gives you the energy needed for the day ahead and feeds the body from the fast from the previous night. Breakfast has got to be the most important meal of the day, so give yourself the best chance at achieving your goals and set yourself up for a great day.

I used to be that person living off what I thought were "healthy" protein shakes... full of artificial sweetners and processed foods. Our bodies struggle to break these down, which makes it not so healthy snd puts us on the back burner before we've even started our day.
With my on the go smoothie - (if I've got time, I'll make something).
Organic Supergreen mix plus my add ins, fruit, coconut water, chia seeds, psysillium husks, etc. I now know I'm truly putting healthy foods into my body.
Don't be fooled by big bold labels and really research what you are putting into your body.

The Lion's Gate Portal is a yearly phenomenon where the Sun, Earth, and Sirius (the brightest star in the sky) all align. This marks the dates from 26th July - 12th August, making it a powerful time to set intentions and manifest, not from the head, but from the heart.
Sirius is known as our spiritual sun, and when our sun and earth align in conjunction with Sirius, it creates an energetic super highway. This allows your thoughts, feelings, and intentions to reach the quantum field at lightning speed and manifest into your reality faster than any other time of the year.
During this time, be mindful of what feelings and thoughts are on replay. While it's a great time for manifestation, the Lion's Gate Portal will also amplify any fear, self doubt, negativity, limiting beliefs, etc. Release the things that you no longer wish to carry and put your energy, thoughts, and feelings toward what you wish to bring in.

Hey all,
I'm starting a Connection Walk from Saturday 26th July at 9am. The meet up spot is Spice Monkey.

If you're struggling physically, mentally or emotionally right now, then this is for you.
The benefits of physical exercise, being in nature and connection with others are countless.
Just to name a few, reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood, and increasing overall wellbeing. It can also help to lower blood pressure and improve cardiovascular fitness. Additionally, exposure to nature has been linked to improved cognitive functioning and creativity.

So join myself, for a Conncetion Walk from 9am on Saturdays.
All are welcome, from dogs/pets, children all ages and all genders.

Touching on the importance of authenticity in a world of societal norms.
We yearn for connection, yet we can't fully connect with ourselves.
Throw the rail guards off and free yourself, and inspire others to do the same. After all, YOU are the only one who chooses how to live and be in this life. Connect with yourself first, then when you know who you are, allow yourself to be seen and heard by the world, and be welcomed and accepted home as ONE.

The importance of self care.

Self care means having time to refuel yourself before anything or anyone else.
Without self care, you'll find yourself burning out, you'll lower your immune system, find yourself sick, depressed and out of energy.
When you find yourself struggling to keep your head a float, take a step back from life's busyness and make some time for yourself for a little self care.
That might mean saying "no" to plans, to work, and putting in place healthy boundaries to ensure you're back on top.
Listen to your body and your mind. They will always tell you when you need a break.
No one can fill from an empty cup, and if you constantly keep trying, you'll only deplete yourself.
Self care is paramount to a happy, healthy life. Find the things that fill you up and do those more often.

Studies have shown greater muscle activation of the chest, anterior deltoid, triceps, forearms, quads and core strength with feet in the air, ONLY for lighter weights. Try changing down your weight in the Bench Press and give this technique a try for greater benefits all round.
