Consistency is key when it comes to achieving your goals. When you actually achieve those goals and say to yourself “you did it, you actually did it” is one of the most rewarding feelings you can experience… no one is going to do it for you. Fasting isn’t just going to magically make you lose fat out of no where... this is where people start off wrong, hearing all this bu****it on if you starve yourselt that’s the best way to lose fat, well that’s not the case. We want to make sure that we understand that it’s about knowing what your calorie intake should be to lose fat firstly, secondly understanding the calories and macros the foods you’re consuming have, lastly tracking these foods to make sure you are not over consuming.

Most people are perfect Monday Friday… then the weekend hits and they undo the whole week without realising it.

Two nights out, a few drinks, extra snacks, takeaway and suddenly the calorie deficit is gone. Then 12 weeks later they’re wondering why nothing has changed.

Fat loss isn’t about being strict during the week.
It’s about being aware on the weekends.

You don’t need to restrict or avoid social life just understand your choices and how quickly calories add up.

Fat loss is a 7 day game, not a 5 day effort. ✅🔥

When we see the best results these clients aren’t just “lucky” or “genetically gifted” they are consistent even when things get tough and don’t see any progress we stick to the plan and see the light at the end of the tunnel...
Where a lot of people go wrong is they stick to a plan for 2 to 3 weeks and give up and then think that nothing’s never gonna work? This is the completely wrong mindset. If you give yourself a chance to stick to something consistently, you’ll give yourself the best chance to change and achieve your goals.

To my online client Max, I don’t even know where to start with ya. This is pure evidence of following each day to the f**ken T and staying honest with yourself not just me.
