Welcome Sam, our Executive Coordinator!
Sam is the middle sister of Ben and Taylah and the glue that keeps our team running seamlessly. No project or task is too small—she’ll have an idea whipped up in ten minutes. She provides invaluable support as PA to Taylah, managing multiple emails, coordinating schedules, and keeping operations on track.
Sam is our IT guru, system implementer, and digital marketing expert, bringing creativity and technical skill to everything she touches. She continues to work across multiple functions of the business, including finance management, compliance obligations, onboarding new participants and employees, and building strong relationships with governing bodies. By providing the backend structure and coordination, Sam ensures Ben and Taylah can remain person-centered, focused, and available for calls or on-ground support.
Her flexibility, dedication, and problem-solving skills are unmatched—she even built our entire website without prior experience! Sam brings passion, energy, and commitment to improving and continuing this amazing business we have built, ensuring we never lose sight of what matters most.
Fun fact: Mum of two working from the beautiful town of SWR.
