Just a quick checkin to let my followers and clients know I will not be taking bookings or massaging during August and (part of) September. I will be having surgery and require time to recover and heal before jumping back into massaging. I’m still able to take future bookings and respond to messages if needed. Otherwise I will reach out when back to it. Thanks for your understanding 🥰

I appreciate all of you 🫶🏼 Love this little business I have created and how it allows me to share and encourage the importance of relaxation and self care. I might pop a few Jan dates up in the new year, otherwise it will be business as usual in Feb. Enjoy the festivities and time with family and friends.

My quiet little massage room this past fortnight. Thank you for the understanding and kindness of my clients, friends and community. I have been quite unwell with pneumonia which included a hospital stay, ongoing care and now recovery. Add in a couple of sick children, it’s been a difficult few weeks. I’m on the mend and building up my energy levels each day. Cancelling and rescheduling appointments is never ideal and often a last resort, but I will always put my health and the health of my clients first. A safe/ healthy environment to relax and a therapist who can provide a high quality treatment only are my standards. Unfortunately, being a solo therapist and having limited days/hours, a simple swap of appointment can often mean several weeks wait. I believe I have rescheduled all of my impacted clients and we should be back on track. I appreciate each and every one of you. If you are not well or feeling under the weather (so much sickness around atm) please reach out to reschedule. Let’s look after each other 🧡 if you are looking to book in during the month of September and beyond send a message and we’ll get you booked in.

Hello lovely people. I’m still here! I haven’t posted in a while. May, June and July have been crazy busy, both with work and family. An extra teaching day this term, Camp, SAPSASA, kids sporting trials, training and commitments. I need more days in each week!

Thank you for your patience with responding to messages and getting you booked in. My availability opens up in August with Wednesdays (9am-5pm) and Thursdays (4pm- 6pm) as my ongoing availability.

Thank you to all of my lovely clients. May is now fully booked and my Wednesday and Thursday time slots are all taken. Looking forward at my availability for June, I only have a handful of appointments left.

Please get in touch to make one yours before they’re snapped up. Due to school commitments I will not be taking bookings during the second half of June. School holidays will be here before we know it and I will release days and times shortly.
*Please be aware of the price increase for my treatments from July 1st. Moments of Calm is approaching its 2nd Birthday and I am still running at my initial start up fees, this will be my first increase since opening.
