Hi, I’m Jayden — Founder of Brave Enough Co.
I created Brave Enough Co with one intention:
to build a community where every person feels accepted, supported, and safe to be exactly who they are.
A space built on honesty, genuinity, real connection, and genuine care.

Because for a long time, I didn’t feel any of that myself.
Growing up, I wrestled with confidence, anxiety, and not feeling worthy. I learned to hide. During my gender transition 10 years ago, I closed myself off from the world, believing there was no safe place to be seen.
But my journey didn’t start there.

At 17, I was already living on children’s camps, mentoring kids and teens who simply needed someone to believe in them. It sparked something in me — a purpose that continued to grow.
That path led into a career in the community and disability sector, where I’ve spent over 10 years as an SSO and Disability Support Worker. I’ve also had the privilege of leading teams in day options and respite services — empowering not only participants, but colleagues as well.
Those years taught me the power of genuine support, encouragement, and showing up with heart.

Alongside this, my own personal healing through breathwork, meditation, inner work, and breakthroughs helped me uncover something important: I wasn’t meant to hide — I was meant to help others rise.
And now, I’m ready to grow even more.

My passion is supporting people to achieve their goals — to build confidence, overcome fear, break through barriers, and realise what they’re truly capable of.

Brave Enough Co is the result of all of this.

🌕 Full Moon Completion Ritual

Honouring the Closing of the 9-Year Cycle & Welcoming the New

This ritual is designed to help you release what no longer serves, integrate the lessons of the past cycle, and anchor new intentions with clarity and sacred purpose.

✨ 1. Prepare Your Sacred Space

Choose a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Cleanse the area using any of the following:
Smoke cleansing (sage, palo santo, incense)

Sound bowls or chimes

Selenite or clear quartz

A simple intention: “I clear this space for release, renewal, and transformation.”

Create a small altar with:
🌕 A candle (white, gold, or silver)
🌕 A bowl of water (for emotional release)
🌕 A grounding item (stone, soil, or seed — beautiful for your style)
🌕 Crystals such as moonstone, selenite, amethyst, or labradorite
🌕 Your journal + pen

Take a few breaths and invite your guides, ancestors, or higher self to be present.

✨ 2. Full Moon Grounding & Alignment

Close your eyes.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Visualise a soft silver light pouring down from the moon, moving through the crown, heart, and anchoring deep into the earth.

Say aloud or silently:

“I am grounded. I am present. I am open to release.
I honour the ending of this cycle and welcome the beginning of a new one.”

Feel your energy calm, centre, and expand.

✨ 3. Reflect on the Last 9 Years

With your journal, answer one or more:

What am I finally ready to release?

What chapter feels complete?

What patterns, habits, or beliefs no longer support my highest self?

What wisdom have I gained over the last 9 years?

Be honest. Be raw. Let it pour out.
This is your soul speaking.

✨ 4. Release Ceremony — Fire or Water

Write down everything you are ready to let go of on a small piece of paper.

Choose your method:

🔥 Fire Release

Light your candle.
Hold the paper and say:

“I release this from my body, my mind, my heart, and my spirit.
I honour what it taught me. I set it free.”
Burn the paper safely in a bowl.

💧 Water Release

Place the paper in your bowl of water.
Let it dissolve or soften.
As it breaks down, imagine the energetic ties dissolving too.

✨ 5. Call in the New Cycle

Close your eyes and place your hands over your heart again.

Visualise the next version of you the one the new 1-year cycle is calling forward.

What does she feel like?
What does she prioritise?
What does her energy radiate?

Then journal:

What intention am I planting for the next cycle?

Who am I becoming?

What am I calling into my life?

Write this intention clearly on a fresh piece of paper.

✨ 6. Anchor the Intention

Hold the intention paper to your heart and say:

“I open to receive the blessings, opportunities, and aligned paths meant for me.
I step forward with clarity, courage, and purpose.”

Place the paper on your altar, under a crystal, or somewhere sacred where it can charge under the moonlight.

✨ 7. Closing the Ritual

Thank the moon.
Thank your guides.
Thank yourself for showing up and choosing healing.

Blow out your candle with gratitude.
Take three slow breaths.

You are complete.
You are renewed.
You are stepping into a new chapter with spaciousness, clarity, and soul alignment.
