We've been hearing there's some lurgies getting around Geelong since the festive period 😳

If you or a family member come down with something, your Community Care Chemist pharmacist can issue an Absence from Work Certificate as a quick, accessible alternative to a medical certificate when you need evidence for sick leave.

You can pre-book a time online or just walk-in!
Available at 📍 Bellarine Village (Newcomb) | Belmont | Geelong West | Grovedale | North Geelong + from our new store in Lara 👀

Absence from Work Certificates can be issued for up to two day’s work for:
💙 Personal leave – if you are unable to work due to injury or personal illness
💙 Carer’s leave – if you are required to look after someone who is unwell

Note a service fee of $34.95 applies (we recommend checking with your employer first if a certificate issued by a pharmacist will be satisfactory evidence for sick leave ✅)
