G’day Legends,
As we roll into the Christmas/New Year period, we’d like to reflect on our sixth and pretty incredible year for us here at Right Mate.

This year has seen us -
- Walk every single Saturday with over 1000 men joining us across the year, with a significant amount of new men joining us and a consistent stream of referrals from health professionals and counselling services.
- Hold 12 monthly dinners with over 380 men joining us across the year.
- Hold our fourth Right Mate Race day, raising a record amount, which has allowed us to invest further into our community.
- Spoke at a number of workplaces and events throughout the year, providing us an opportunity to continue educating about mental health, providing skills on a range of issues, and highlighting the importance of social connection.
We are, as those that know us well, not clinical experts in mental health, but what we are is a small group of men with lived experience, a passion to help others, to connect people, form a community and break the stigma around men’s mental health.
On behalf of Chris & Luke our co-founders our final thank you goes to the community of men that we have the absolute honour of having join us as often as they feel they need to.
It is because of you we keep moving forward, keep looking for ways to connect and keep doing what we do - YOU are our one and only reason why.
