I love staying active through pilates and the gym, and I’m passionate about all things music. During my placements in aged care, mental health, and rehabilitation, I’ve gained valuable experience and refined my clinical skills. My strengths include listening, empathy, and problem-solving.”

🎃👻 Halloween Fun at CareSpace! 👻🎃
What an epic night we had at CareSpace’s Halloween celebration! 🧡
Our crew hit the streets for some trick or treating, and wow - how incredible was the amazing Tracy’s house?! 🕸️💀 She went all out with her decorations and totally set the scary standard!
After the sweets and scares, we headed back to the CareSpace Hub for some spooky spaghetti 🍝😱 and a Halloween movie on the big screen!
A massive shoutout to our amazing support workers for getting right into the spirit - we’re still spooked out by Haylea’s eyeballs! 👀😂
We’re so lucky to have such a fun, creative, and supportive community here at CareSpace - you’re all the best! 💚

💻✨ We’re so proud of Noah and the launch of Kids+ Tek! ✨💻
We’re excited to celebrate the launch of Kids+ Tek, a fantastic new technology-focused platform that aims to make the online world more inclusive and empowering for people with disabilities. 🙌

Even more special - Kids+ Tek was created by Noah Callan, a CareSpace participant and the IT and Technology Coordinator at Kids+. Noah saw a need for a safe, welcoming online space where people with disabilities could connect, share their experiences, and feel a strong sense of belonging.

Kids+ Tek is a desktop platform where users can:
🕹️ Share their tech setups and gaming experiences
💬 Connect through a supportive online community
📰 Catch up on the latest tech news and reviews

We’re beyond proud of Noah for turning his idea into reality and helping build a more inclusive digital world. 💚

👩‍⚕️ Support Worker of the Week - Simone 🌿
This week we’re celebrating one of our incredible nurses - Simone!
With over 20 years of experience in complex care and rehabilitation across both paediatric and adult clients, Simone brings an unmatched level of compassion and professionalism to the CareSpace nursing team. She’s worked in both hospital and community settings and continues to make a difference every single day. 💚
Recently appointed as one of our Peer Support Leads, Simone has stepped up to support and guide others in our nursing crew - while still finding time to film a great new video for our team! 🎥
When she’s not caring for others, you’ll find Simone in her home garden, spending time with family and her dogs, or recharging in nature. 🌸

🌟 Participant of the Week – Scarlett! 🌟
Meet Scarlett — a bundle of energy, positivity, and fun! 💚

Scarlett always brings her best to every day. She loves her OT and Physio sessions at Kids+ and greets everyone she knows with a big smile and great energy.

She’s also a superstar athlete - recently making it through to the second round of cross country for her school! 🏃‍♀️ Over the holidays, Scarlett took part in Bike Ed at Kids+, where she absolutely nailed learning to ride without training wheels 🚴‍♀️👏

Scarlett just celebrated her 13th birthday with a disco party that perfectly matched her lively personality - and when she’s not on the dance floor, she’s the DJ in the car, singing along to all her favourite tunes! 🎶💃

We’re so proud of you, Scarlett - keep shining bright and spreading your positive vibes wherever you go! 🌟
