As we step into the new year, I invite you to reflect on what you're capable of... Where you can bring and grow love... And the impact you can have on those around you.

Sometimes it's the littlest things that can make the biggest difference. Even a small step forward can create a giant ripple out and change not only your path but the path for others. Don't forget the power you hold to create change ✨

The Sunny Place helped me to realise what I'm capable of. I'm so grateful to have been able to bring a little love and upliftment to those who visited. It's an incredible driver to propel me forward and be ready for what's to come. I'm excited for the new and to keep bettering the old. Thank you to everyone who has supported me to get here.

GRATEFUL BEYOND WORDS : Today was one of the most beautiful days that I've experienced. I was reminded in a big way of the genuine love that I have in my life. I am still in awe of the specialness that was created for me and I am grateful beyond what words could ever express.

What I thought could have been a day of feeling loss and heartbreak turned out to be a day of joy and upliftment! I was showered with love and incredibly thoughtful gifts, and surprised with my favourite kind of grazing spread for lunch, on what was my last Circle day in this space...

As some of you already know, we're losing the building that The Sunny Place currently calls home. It certainly brings great sadness to move on from the place where it all began but as was highlighted today, nothing can take away what's been created. Nothing can take away what I have achieved. Nothing can take away the surety of what I am capable of. And that is truly wonderful!

We still have a couple of weeks left in the building, so if you have the time, come and have a cuppa with me and soak up the beautiful space before it's time to move on 💛✨

Make a wish ✨

I was recently trying to think of a way to help people to think past the obstacles they currently face and towards a brighter future... and figured who doesn't love making a wish?!

As with any wish, close your eyes and give it your full intent - just like when your blow out the birthday candles or the pappus of a dandelion (aka 'wish fairy'... and yes, had to google what the fluffy stuff was called! 😂) -

You have more power than you realise and you're capable of things that may seem impossible. Allow yourself and your children to dream big... Life is pretty magic and can open so many doors for you, if you let it. Get excited! You just never know what opportunities await you and the magnitude of what you can bring to this World.

My boys were the first to tie their ribbons on the fence today and it was really beautiful to hear their thoughtful wishes. It was also so wonderful to see families stopping to do the same. The fence is already looking so lovely and colourful! Thank you to everyone who made their wishes and helped to decorate the fence today 🌈

There's plenty of ribbon in the box on the fence and I'd love for everyone to come by and make a wish.

HANNAH: Enerheal + The Sunny Place
AKA: the wearer of many hats!

I've recently opened The Sunny Place as a hub for healing and growth in whatever shape that takes for people and one of the main reasons that I decided to start creating the space was to enable me to practice. I needed a space for Enerheal that felt like home but wasn't actually 'at' my home.

Enerheal has had a couple of false starts and has been stuck at the starting gate for a little bit now, with 2020 being the year that I thought I'd focus my energy there and we all know how that went down 🤪 Half way through this year, it feels just as stuck in terms of external factors but I'm ready to push on, regardless!

What I offer through Enerheal is Hahnemann Healing, which is emotional energy healing. I love working with children and adults to help restore emotional flow when there have been blockages for various reasons. The change it can create is incredible and really wonderful to see. I love supporting my clients through the process and watching them really bloom. It's not always the easiest ride, especially initially, but once people are experiencing their feelings as they should, it really propels them in a whole new way.

We're often taught to suppress our feelings and hold in pain from a very young age, which can have really damaging effects to both our emotional and physical health. This form of healing helps to release those 'stuck' feelings and improve overall our well-being. It's a really beautiful way of healing and can help with so many of the things that we see everyday, such as anxiety and depression, general overwhelm and reducing the impact of past hurts.

WHY?: The concept of The Sunny Place was something that had been on my mind for some time but I needed a couple of nudges from The Universe to get my butt into gear and make it happen. Once I started, there was no going back. It began to feel like it was meant and that's always a good feeling!

There have definitely been moments of doubt and fear but with the intention of creating this loving space, there was really no chance for it to be anything but just that. I just had to let go, lean in and learn to trust more... Easier said than done but I'm getting there!

It's a space that brings people together, and heals, guides and grows people. There has already been so much positive expansion. The energy is really beautiful and is only going to continue to grow.

Thank you to those who have already been sharing the space and helping to grow it's loving energy. It really is magical and will keep becoming stronger. I'm really excited for what's to come! 💛✨

WHAT'S IN A NAME?: Well, everything!

When thinking of the word 'Sunny', it instantly sparks feelings of uplifting energy, warmth, radiance, vibrance and happiness. And this is exactly what I want people to feel when they see the logo and come to the centre 🥰

I realise that may be all most people come to know of the name, and that's perfectly fine! But the truth is that's only a part of it...

With the heaviest of hearts, I had to say goodbye to my beloved Sunny late last year, so the name of the centre is in his honour. He is the "Sunny" in 'The Sunny Place'. And he brought all of those things to our lives.

Sunny taught me so much about life and about love. He was by my side for all the biggest moments in my life, always giving love, teaching, guiding and protecting me. And I guess in some kind of way, this is him being here for another. A Sunny reminder of what love makes possible... A last little wink from him to me.

I'll be forever grateful for the way he grew my heart and gave his life to loving me, as well as my boys since they joined us. I can see the ripple effect that has already come from that love and me putting my love and energy into 'The Sunny Place' is just a part of that 💛✨

Hi, hello! 👋

For those of you who don't know me yet, I'm Hannah and this is... The Sunny Place! 🌞🌈

I've created this space with lots of love and the intention of it being a warm and welcoming hub for all kinds of healing modalities. We currently have practitioners offering a range of services, including Hahnemann Healing (Emotional Energy Healing), Spiritual Counselling, Mediumship Readings, Meditation and Coaching. I'll be sharing more about who we have in the space in the next few posts.

There is some room availability at the minute and there will be more opening up over the coming month/s, so if you're interested in using the space, feel free to get in touch.
