Occupational Therapy in Action 💥
What a day! Action-packed from start to finish with our dream team of OT legends.
We kicked things off with a picnic lunch and the best pork rolls in town (big love to V N Rolls Newcomb 🥖), then launched into our very own OT Amazing Race: a whirlwind of sensory challenges, OT trivia, and creative problem-solving, with more than a sprinkle of friendly competition.
After working up another appetite, we celebrated Sophie’s birthday with cake 🎂 and tuned into a fantastic presentation by Maddy, who shared her wisdom and practical tips from years of delivering OT supports via telehealth.
We wrapped up the day with one of our favourite Will & Way traditions: showering our beautiful new mums with a team-prepared food package 🧺💕
This day was such a brilliant reflection of what makes our team so special. The fun and silliness (we don’t take ourselves too seriously), the willingness to dive in and give things a go (this is not a team that sits on the sidelines!), the genuine care we have for one another, and the creativity and adaptability that shines through in everything we do — all underpinned by a shared commitment to learning, growing, and showing up each day with purpose and pride in our work as OTs.
OTs are a special kind of people, and we feel so lucky to be surrounded by some of the very best.
