Disability Support Worker – Immediate Start (Male Preferred)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team, with shifts available for an immediate start. This role involves supporting a young person to build independence, develop life skills, and access the community.

If you are resilient, reliable, and enthusiastic, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Youth Justice or Child Protection
Background in working with young people
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage challenging behaviours
Commitment to capacity building and fostering independence
Excellent communication skills
Mandatory Requirements

Current and valid Driver’s Licence
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification
Current First Aid & CPR certificate
Experience in Positive Behaviour Support
Availability to commence before Christmas (no holidays booked during this period)
Must have availability for the following shifts:

Monday: 9:00am – 1:00pm & 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Tuesday: 11:00am – 3:00pm & 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Wednesday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Friday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
