Release & Renew

Sometimes we carry things longer than we realise.

Old conversations.
Past experiences.
Unspoken thoughts.
Situations that have finished — yet still seem to sit somewhere in the body or mind.

Release & Renew is a guided process designed to help people consciously let go of what no longer needs to be held.

During the session we explore what is ready to be released and work through a series of practical and energetic steps that support that process. This can include reflection, simple ritual, and energy work depending on the session.

Many people describe feeling lighter afterwards because something that had been held for a long time was finally acknowledged and allowed to move.

At Shantiii x3, Release & Renew is about creating space.

Space to breathe.
Space to think clearly.
Space for new experiences to unfold.

Because sometimes change begins simply by allowing something to be put down.

Through guided discussion, practical exercises and experiential learning, participants explore how energy moves through everyday life — and how greater awareness can support balance, clarity and personal growth.

Workshops may explore topics such as chakra understanding, energetic release, cord dissolution, intuitive awareness and integration practices, helping participants build a deeper connection with themselves and their energy.
