Don’t you love the days between Christmas and New Year? I do!

No idea what day it is and with a feeling of one more mouthful of ham or potato salad might make you vomit 🤢 but you purchased the largest ham and made all the potato salad so you have to eat it! 😂

I hope you all found love or peace over the last few days. It was a different one for me this year but love and peace were had.

If you’re with family that drive you insane or you’re alone and don’t want to be, or if you’re missing your loved ones - sending you extra love ❤️

We’ve been on the road since 6.30am. I am banned from driving and have to listen to Jane’s very questionable taste in music 🎶 oh and for those that know where Wangaratta is (country Victoria)- 2 giant pelicans just flew over us on the highway. WTF??

Energetically, there’s 5 different types of people… in my opinion anyway.

Those with whom your vibration matches perfectly (or close to). There will be few of these as you get older. These vibrational matches will be your lovers and dearest friends.

Those that love your vibration and want to come along for the ride to raise their own vibration (or keep theirs high). There may be some close matches here and these will be people you like to spend time with.

Then there’s those that want what you have and will try to take it, usually at any cost. We often get confused with this group as they start out pretending to be one of the above groups. It’s usually as they reveal themselves that they’ve got some or all of what they came for. There’s plenty around and they are not our people. We’ll be attracted to them and then wonder why we got burnt so bad. They can be identified by “there’s something about them but I can’t put my finger on it”

Next is those that your vibration does not match at all. These are easy to identify because we have an instant dislike for, or they us.

Last is not something that everyone sees. Those of us in unique situations that get to work with people energetically, or at least can read energy very well - there’s those that are somewhat repelled by your energy. Consciously they (or you) might not know why but they often have something to hide. Subconsciously they know that you know what it is they’re hiding. These people are hiding from their own truth - their shadow. They know that you’ll uncover it and they’ll have no choice but to face it. These people often come across prickly or standoffish. I love working with these people. They’re the toughest “nuts to crack” but usually you see them blossom into the beauty they are.

Have you had an encounter with an angel?

Driving in the pouring rain today when Islands in the Stream came on the radio. It reminded me of a car accident I had and what I believe was an encounter with an angel.

When I was about 19 driving down the Hume Hwy with a male friend as a passenger - doing 110km in the rain and we were listening to a Dolly Parton tape 😂 My lil 120Y Datsun spun and spun and spun and flipped top to tale a few times. We landed in the trees upside down. I was stuck in the seatbelt upside down!

We had to wait for Emergency Services to tip the car back over before they could get me out. I went into shock and kept saying “my dad is going to kill me”.

I’m 100% sure one of the policemen was an angel. He had the most beautiful blue piercing eyes. All he said to me was “I’m sure your dad will be happy you’re alive”. His energy and his eyes - he got so close to my face and looked me dead in the eye. I know he wasn’t human.

Islands in the Stream was playing when the car was upside down and I remember thinking, omg I’m going to die with Dolly playing 😂

I walked away from that accident completely uninjured minus a scratch on my temple where my head smashed the window when they rolled the car back over.

Today in one of my coaching groups we are practicing doing nothing!

Yes - absolutely nothing for as long as you can…

I never used to understand what “do nothing” meant. I fact I remember telling my mentor during the early days of my shamanic apprenticeship that I had no idea how to “just be”.

If you know you know but if you don’t, I invite you to learn to do nothing so that your soul can hear everything. ☺️

P.S. My kitten is amazing at getting me to do nothing except love on her 💗 I am not sure about the look on my face however 😂

Wow people make this time of year is so stressful for themselves. Why?

I truly don’t understand it. Christmas is one day of the year but the expectations - mostly of women are absolutely ridiculous.

On top of the usual stress at this time of year we have layers and layers of outside noise, energetic activity and grief.

Go slow, go easy, go little.

(I’ll be chillin in the background here - most likely getting into trouble for it! ✌🏽💗)

Well bummer - it’s freezing this morning here in Daylesford and I only have summer clothes! 🙄

This morning I headed out to Musk to drop some items out to a mum in need - how beautiful, I’ve never been out there on the dirt roads. I pulled over in the long drive to say good morning to the cows. There were 4 of them all munching on the long grass. When I came back they were all sitting down in single file and equal distance apart. All looking toward me. The strangest thing. I’m spewing I didn’t get a photo.

Lots of animal medicine this morning. I literally had a flock of ravens 🐦‍⬛ on the van roof and my deck - I told them several times to get off after waking me up. I counted 5 on the deck and who knows how many on the roof. I also moved this poor little foxy 🦊 off the road this morning. Photo in the comments but don’t look if you think it’s gross.

What are you up to today? Me - deciding if I head back to Geelong early or I lay here with the doona on and maybe do some work. 🤔
