The Trevean Foundation offers FREE disability advocacy and carer support services — no NDIS plan required, and no funding needed if you do have one. No strings attached.

We’re here to walk alongside you — helping you navigate disability services, including NDIS and DSP access requests, reviews, and supporting people to exercise their rights for choice and control.

We provide wrap-around support for carers, creating a safe, inclusive space where you can feel seen, heard and supported. We also collaborate with professionals, providing advice and guidance to help navigate challenging situations for families and carers.

Our hub is facilitated by peer advocates with lived experience, making it a place where community comes together to chat, unload, and find real, meaningful support.

And most importantly, we hear you. 💙
