Looking for connection, understanding, and a safe place to be heard?

Our disability and carer support groups are completely free, fully funded, and proudly facilitated by local people with lived experience.

These inclusive groups offer a welcoming space to share challenges and celebrate triumphs, connect with others who truly get it, and link in with local services and supports. Most importantly, you’ll never feel alone — community and connection are at the heart of everything we do.

📌Pop-Up – Tocumwal
The Trevean Foundation warmly invites community members to attend a pop-up information session.

Location: The Old Bank ( 2 Murray St), Tocumwal on Saturday 24th January from 9:00–11:00am.

😊Come along to connect with us and access free disability advocacy and carer support information. All services are provided free of charge, and everyone is welcome.🫶

🌞With hot weather expected, we encourage people to drop in early, have a chat, and gather information in the cooler part of the morning.
