I am feeling so fortunate to have facilitated my first New Moon Connection Circle with 6 beautiful women. Am so looking forward to hosting a Full Moon Connection Circle with the same women to complete the lunar cycle.
The new moon is such a beautiful time to reflect and be intentional on what you would like to bring into your life .

I see so many carers who are exhausted, trying to navigate the world with a child or teenager who doesn’t seem to quite fit into it. They spend so much time learning strategies, liaising with professionals and constantly advocating for their children. It is exhausting. Often there is a grieving process to go through once a child is diagnosed or experiencing problems. Relationships with partners and other children are often strained as a result of the increase pressures. 12 Apostles Retreat and PTCSW have put together an immersing, nourishing day where carers can have 5 hours break from the chaos and focus on themselves, their journey and learn some strategies to maintain connection to who they are and where they want to be. We will explore ways to regulate self so we can better regulate others.

It was such a pleasure to do Yoga Nidra and a sound bath for Liz’s birthday today.
What a beautiful gift for me also to be part of such a beautiful family who have so much love and gratitude for each other.
