We love being part of someone's food journey. It might be a marathon and it will be an up and down spiral, but it can still be fun!

One of my big passions is helping kids to develop a positive relationship with food. So it really fills our happy bucket to see our food-function resources used in child care settings.

Let’s help our kids to understand WHY we should eat certain foods and not just ‘because it’s healthy’.

If it’s about nutrition, ask a (positive food relationship) dietitian!!!

Easy swaps. Less additives.

Fish dinner for child with SPD vs child without SPD. Same household. Same food rule. Completely different food experience and tolerance. This is accomodation for differences and challenges, not short order cooking. We’re doing it the Sense-Able way.
