Hey! I’m Suz 👋🏽 There are some new faces here so I thought I’d re-introduce myself!
When starting my fitness journey, i struggled with poor body image, a toxic relationship with food & extreme comparison-itis. I wanted bigger this, samller that, less of XYZ...
I even remember not letting myself go to bed without doing my 12 minute ab routine 🤦♀️
I was hungry to learn more about using exercise & nutrition to get where i wanted to be, so I studied Exercise Science at Uni!
This was one of the best decisions I made because understanding my body & how it worked EMPOWERED me.
Once I learnt that even if i ate the exact same and trained the same as sombody else, i would still look different - i decided to stop training to LOOK a certain way and started training to FEEL STRONG.
However my body looks as a result of me FEELING strong, I would be happy with! ❤️🔥
Now I have an intuitive, felxible relationship with food, i move my body to feel good and my mindset is my greatest tool! I have made it my mission to empower others to master their mindset, habits and not let the scales define them! ❤️🔥🫶🏽🙌🏼
