The boxes are packed with fun, Christmas themed craft activities, focusing on fine motor and executive fuctioning skills! 🎅🏼

The boxes are available in a small, medium or large size. They can be purchased on our website, brought to sessions or can be arranged to be picked up at our clinic in Burleigh!

Steamrolling, fidgets, weighted animals, deep breathing - so many ways our team helps clients regulate and thrive. 🌈

This week in the clinic we are celebrating OT week by participating in a daily photo challenge!

Yesterday’s prompt was “an occupation you love doing outside of work.”

Our team shared a few of their favourites - from Michelle harvesting blueberries from her garden, to Ellie’s tennis matches, Sierra’s adventures paddle boarding, and Tia’s weekend baking.

It’s a wonderful reminder that the heart of OT is about finding joy and purpose in our everyday occupations. 💛
