Individual Freedom Disability Services is a family operated provider supporting NDIS participants. IFDS has several years’ experience working in the Community, Aged Care and Disability Sectors.

Our mission is to support participants so that they enjoy a better quality of life on their terms.

Our team at IFDS are of highly experienced and passionate support workers and are dedicated towards making a difference in our participants life and working toward achieving their goals, set out by their NDIS plan.

Individual Freedom Disability Services are looking for extraordinary Support Workers to join the team who are passionate about making a real difference to the lives of local NDIS participants.

IFDS require immediate start for the right support worker in the Inala area.

Personal Support, Domestic Assistance and Community Access

Shifts – Monday to Sunday, 6:30am to 12:30pm and 12:30pm to 5:30pm.

Staff will require or be willing to get the following:
• Current First Aid Certificate
• NDIS Workers Screening
• NDIS Workers Orientation Module
• Cert III in relevant industry qualification and/or significant relevant experience
• Queensland Driver's Licence, reliable car & insurance
• Mandatory Vaccinations Required

It's an opportunity to raise community awareness of domestic and family violence and to send a clear message that violence in families and homes is not our culture and is not okay.
